Mine's Skyline GT-R R34 Willow Springs Time Attack 1:21 is fast, however it really didn't look that quick. There were a few places he braked, where he should have been flat.

love the bad eggs comment about vipers on hoosiers being faster than this "ricebox". When I looked a willow springs lap times in google this message from 1999 popped up:
PROFESSIONAL: Erik Messley drove Ron Levi's GT-3 Viper to a new Viper lap record of 1:23.62 for an average speed of 107.63 MPH over the 9 turn 2.5 mile circuit.
and
SHOWROOM STOCK: Coupes prevailed over the roadsters again. Plain and simple, Les Quam is going to be very difficult to beat this season. He turned a marvelous 1:34.98 in a stock coupe.
Did Willow springs drop 20% of its tarmac in the last 6 years?
Are those times "Streets" or Big Track at Willow. A 1:23 at big track is fast.
1:21 is fast. Igor did a 1:24~1.25 something in the World Challenge/Super Taikyu car the first time we took it out.
streets of willow, 1.8 miles. willow springs is 2.5 miles. making the viper times, on the big track.
