Yesterday I had some rounds of spirited d...Hi Sean!<br />Yesterday I had some rounds of spirited driving when suddenly at one instance I noticed my oil pressure was reading about 2.5 to 3 bar at idle!! I sort of panicked parked the car and turned off the car and started it again right after... oil press. was back at 1.5 bar. I have a Blitz aftermarket gauge by the way, don't know if it was just a glitch on the Blitz gauge w/c I hope it is.<br /><br />By the way, I have a Nismo oil pump and sometimes after high rev runs and decelerating I notice the oil press will drop about 1 bar at idle and will go back again to 1.5 after about a minute. I fill the oil about 80% of the hash marks on the dip stick. Some say to overfill the oil a bit w/c I'm a bit anxious to do. What's your stand on this?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
