Getting ready to weigh the ShoworDisplay.com Nismo Nissan Skyline GT-R

Put the Nismo R32 GT-R on the scales to see how much it weighed at DG Spec. With near a full tank of gas, and nothing taken out it weighed: Videos at the end of the post

3300 lbs

On the dot. Or close to it. With the spare out of the car it lost about 35 lbs of weight. Figure 17 gallons of fuel at about 6 lbs per gallon means about 100 lbs of gasoline in the back.

In the shop at DG Spec

On the front axle, #500 carries 57.7 percent of the weight. Although once I sat in the car, the bias actually shifted rearward 0.5 percent.

On the rear axle, with the spare and a full tank of gas:

42.2 percent of the weight on the rear axle

Right side no driver.

50.6 % on right side no driver

49.3% on left side no driver

Cross weights. These were actually really good. With a driver, they were right at  50%. Nice to see on a stock car.
