2009 GT-R - 21" wheels and tires ? - NOPE - bad photo
Seems as though this is a bad photo. I have heard they are actually 20" wheels from a couple of sources.

Unfortunately that makes wheel and tire choices rather slim. However I bet Volk, Falken and Toyo are all over it already.
