This was something we picked up years, and years ago. Left and right side replacements. The downside being, now you have no front turn signal. So I put a little LED light in it so it at least showed something.
It was 2 parts, outer and inner. At some point I may get it scanned so it can be replicated, but don't hold your breath. If I did it I would make sure I put an actual mounting tab on it, so it wouldn't have to be glued in.
