You know, if you are a real business, you don't need to put cars in your name to import them. However if you are some shady Florida guy, and you don't have a clue, you might.
Who knows what he is doing when he imports it? If anything goes wrong, he is going to run away, and then you are going to have to prove its your car, not his car. There are real legal ways to do it properly, I am sure will be his next "discovery", now that I am talking about it.
These guys here - SOHO Imports just forged the entry documents. Florida is the wild, wild west of car importing. I would say about 90% of what comes though there has some kind of problem. Know the car. Ask for documents. Make sure its all real.
