| Two different color/plating OEM KEY00-00185 |
We use a lot of keys at Toprank Importers. We always try and make sure any GT-R we have has at least one GT-R key with it. It looks like there may be #counterfeit oem #key00-00185 out there. Even in a oem looking box. We are running into an issue where we know the old oem key would slide into a lock no issue.
The #nismo knockoff and at least some of the keys we are getting don't slide in unless you wirebrush them first, to make them thinner. Supposedly the KEY00-00185 is discontinued, and will have a Nismo Heritage Part number, but these keys come in a KEY00-00185 box. Does Nissan have a new supplier or are these #fakes ?
