Sensor Assembly Gravity. Aka G Sensor for an R32 GT-R 98805-01U00 |
Ever wonder what helps to make the Nissan Skyline GT-R ATTESA system work? The G Sensor is one of the main inputs into the ATTESA ECU, for it to schedule lockup of the center differential/transfer case.

As you can see the G sensor is fairly old, and fairly mechanical in a digital world. Three little metal pendulums in oil, in a box, in the center of the car. One is used for lateral sensing, two for fore/aft sensing There are upgrades available now, 30 years later. Some people like keeping things stock, so if stock is what you want then:
Do Luck has a digital G sensor that plugs in. Its cheaper, and better than the OEM part. There is a V1 and V2. The V2 is adjustable.
Full Race has an adjustable ATTESA setup, called ETS Pro. That replaces the ECU,and the G sensor. It gives you dial adjustment of the torque split, or auto control of the torque split.
